- Act as a key ambassador for the brand, providing a luxury experience in-store.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring long-term engagement.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by store management.
- Expand client base through networking and clienteling strategies.
- Gather market information on trends, events, and competitors.
- Collaborate with store and company colleagues.
- Implement stock procedures according to company standards.
- Adhere to Brioni standards and promptly address issues and risks.
- At least 5 years of experience in retail, ideally in men's formalwear.
- Existing loyal client base with high potential for client transfer.
- Passion for sartorial culture.
- High standard of spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to execute clienteling strategies.
- Attention to detail and planning skills.
- Commercial mindset and proactive attitude.
- Clear communication and influence skills.
- Knowledge of luxury retail standards.
