Brioni Senior Sales Advisor

- Cultivate and maintain relationships with both existing and new clientele, ensuring consistent follow-up.
- Achieve and surpass key performance indicators set by store management, including sales targets, customer retention, and cross-selling.
- Expand and manage a client book to execute effective clienteling strategies.
- Develop a network of contacts to broaden the potential customer base.
- Gather market intelligence on emerging trends, events, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate effectively with store colleagues and the broader company team.
- Adhere to stock management procedures in line with company standards.
- Uphold Brioni's standards and procedures, promptly addressing any issues or risks.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail, preferably in men's formalwear.
- Passion for sartorial culture and luxury fashion.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Established loyal client base with potential for client transfer.
- Expertise in executing diverse clienteling strategies.
- Attention to detail with strong planning and follow-up capabilities.
- Commercial acumen and proactive business generation attitude.
- Effective communication skills to engage and influence clients and stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of luxury retail standards and processes.
- Confidence and proactive approach to sales.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
A minimum of 5 years in retail, ideally within men's formalwear, with a proven track record of client relationship management and sales excellence.
