1. Develop and execute the seasonal PR and communications plan for Greater China.
2. Manage daily PR operations, including press release drafting, media distribution, monitoring, and reporting.
3. Plan and execute high-profile events such as store openings and media dinners.
4. Collaborate with retail teams for in-store events and client engagement initiatives.
5. Maintain relationships with luxury retail partners and shopping mall landlords to align strategies.
6. Identify and research potential collaborations with high-end brands and art institutions.
7. Ensure PR activities are aligned with marketing and social media campaigns.
8. Maintain and strengthen relationships with key media, celebrities, and influencers.
9. Execute strategic product seeding initiatives and track their effectiveness.
10. Oversee PR sample inventory management, including logistics and returns.
11. Coordinate press and stylist requests for editorial features and events.
12. Generate PR performance reports and analyze reach and impact.
13. Proofread and consolidate externally distributed materials for message accuracy.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Approximately 5 years of experience in PR and communications within the luxury fashion or retail sector.
3. Existing network of media and influencer contacts in Greater China.
4. Experience in supporting marketing activations and partnerships.
5. Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
6. Profound understanding of the luxury landscape and passion for the Brioni brand.
7. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
8. Proficiency in media monitoring tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
