- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring a memorable luxury experience from initial contact to farewell.
- Achieve and surpass CRM and retention targets.
- Collaborate with store management to meet sales goals and contribute to team success.
- Utilize the Client Book effectively to foster relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Expand the customer base by developing a network of contacts.
- Stay informed about market trends, events, and competitors' activities and products.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the store and the broader company.
- Implement stock procedures in accordance with company standards and guidelines.
- Adhere to Brioni's standards, roles, and procedures, and communicate any issues or risks promptly.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role within a luxury brand.
- Fluency in English.
- Solid understanding of men's formalwear and high-end fashion.
- MTM specialization is advantageous.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work in a multicultural environment.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
- Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Availability to work at least two Saturdays and two Sundays per month, during annual inventory, and throughout the holiday season.
A minimum of 3 years in a sales position within a luxury brand is required.
Base salary of $19.00 per hour.
