Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the team as set by store management.
- Build constructive relationships with customers from first contact to farewell.
- Exceed CRM and retention goals.
- Utilize the client book effectively to nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Expand the prospect base by creating and updating a network of contacts.
- Gather information on fashion market trends, events, and competitor activities and products.
- Collaborate with staff across the company and store to work cohesively.
- Manage store inventory in accordance with company standards and guidelines.
- Promptly share potential issues and risks related to Brioni standards, roles, and processes.
