1. Contribute to team objectives by achieving goals set by the Store Manager.
2. Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers from initial contact to farewell.
3. Meet and exceed CRM and retention targets.
4. Utilize the Client Book effectively to nurture relationships with existing and potential customers.
5. Create and cultivate a network of contacts to expand the potential customer base.
6. Gather market information on new trends, events, and competitors' activities and products.
7. Interact and collaborate effectively with colleagues within the store and the company.
8. Implement stock procedures according to company standards and guidelines.
9. Respect Brioni's standards, roles, and procedures, sharing possible issues and risks promptly.

1. Experience in a sales position.
2. Fluent in English; proficiency in a second language is advantageous.
3. Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
4. Availability to work at least two Saturdays and two Sundays per month, including during annual inventory and holiday seasons.
