- Contribute to team objectives by achieving sales targets set by the Store Manager.
- Establish and nurture positive relationships with clients from initial contact to post-purchase follow-up.
- Exceed customer relationship management and retention goals.
- Utilize the Client Book effectively to maintain and enhance relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Develop a network of contacts to expand the customer base.
- Gather and report market information, including new trends, events, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the store and the wider company.
- Implement stock procedures in accordance with company standards and guidelines.
- Adhere to Brioni's standards, roles, and procedures, and promptly communicate any issues or risks.
- Experience in a sales position
- Fluent in English; proficiency in a second language is advantageous
- Ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods
- Availability to work at least two Saturdays and two Sundays per month, including during annual inventory and holiday seasons
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Flexibility to work in a multicultural environment

Candidates must have prior experience in a sales position, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
