- Meet and exceed CRM and retention targets.
- Utilize the Client Book to strengthen relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Expand potential customer base by cultivating a network of contacts.
- Gather market information on new trends, events, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues in-store and across the company.
- Implement stock procedures in line with company standards.
- Adhere to Brioni's standards, roles, and procedures, sharing potential issues promptly.
- Experience in a sales position.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in a second language is advantageous.
- Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.

Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the luxury sector.
