1. Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients from initial contact to post-purchase follow-up.
2. Achieve and surpass CRM and customer retention objectives.
3. Contribute to team success by meeting store and individual sales targets.
4. Utilize the Client Book effectively to strengthen relationships with existing and potential clients.
5. Expand the customer base by networking and developing new contacts.
6. Monitor market trends, events, and competitor activities to provide insights.
7. Collaborate effectively with store colleagues and the broader company team.
8. Adhere to stock management procedures in line with company standards.
9. Uphold Brioni's standards and promptly address any issues or risks.

1. Minimum of 3 years experience in luxury sales.
2. Proficient knowledge of men's formalwear and high-end fashion.
3. MTM specialization is advantageous.

2. Adaptability to work in a multicultural environment.
3. Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
4. Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.

At least 3 years of experience in a sales role within a luxury brand environment.
