- Establish and nurture positive relationships with clients from initial contact to farewell.
- Achieve and exceed CRM and retention objectives.
- Contribute to team goals as set by Store Management.
- Utilize the Client Book (LUCE) to maintain and enhance customer relationships.
- Develop a network of contacts to expand the customer base.
- Gather market intelligence on trends, events, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate effectively with store and company colleagues.
- Implement stock procedures in line with company standards.
- Adhere to Brioni's standards, promptly addressing any issues or risks.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a luxury brand sales role.
- Fluency in English and French; additional languages are advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of men's formalwear and high-end fashion.
- MTM specialization is advantageous.
- Charismatic with a talent for delivering exceptional selling ceremonies.
- Competitive mindset focused on achieving commercial targets.
- Strong interest in the luxury industry.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Adaptability to multicultural environments.
- Proactive with a self-development attitude.
- Strong sense of ownership.
A minimum of 3 years in a sales position within a luxury brand is required.
