1. Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers from initial contact to farewell.
2. Achieve and surpass CRM and retention goals.
3. Contribute to team objectives and store targets as set by management.
4. Utilize the Client Book (LUCE) to foster relationships with existing and potential customers.
5. Expand the customer base by cultivating a network of contacts.
6. Collect market intelligence on trends, events, and competitor activities.
7. Collaborate effectively with store and company colleagues.
8. Implement stock procedures in line with company standards.
9. Adhere to Brioni's standards, promptly addressing any issues or risks.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role within a luxury brand.
2. Fluency in English and French; additional languages are advantageous.
3. Comprehensive knowledge of men's formalwear and high-end fashion.
4. MTM specialization is desirable.
5. Charismatic with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
6. Competitive mindset for achieving sales targets.
7. Strong interest in the luxury industry.
