- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with customers from initial contact to farewell.
- Achieve and surpass CRM and retention objectives.
- Collaborate with store management to meet sales targets and contribute to team success.
- Utilize the Client Book to strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Expand customer base by networking and cultivating contacts.
- Monitor market trends, events, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the store and across the company.
- Adhere to stock procedures in line with company standards.
- Uphold Brioni's standards, promptly addressing any issues or risks.
- Manage store opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of store inventory levels.
- Ensure visual standards are consistently met.
- Coordinate with the tailor and manage in-store events and clienteling actions.
- Reinforce Bespoke training and ensure sales advisors are confident in formalwear and bespoke interactions.
- Maintain high housekeeping standards in the Bespoke area, ensuring fabric updates and visual merchandising standards.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a sales role within a luxury brand.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong understanding of men's formalwear and high-end fashion.
- MTM specialization is advantageous.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
- Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Availability to work at least 2 Saturdays and 2 Sundays per month, as well as during annual inventory and holiday seasons.
