- Establish and nurture positive relationships with customers from initial contact to farewell.
- Achieve and surpass CRM and retention objectives.
- Contribute to team goals set by Store Management.
- Utilize the Client Book effectively to maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Expand the customer base by cultivating a network of contacts.
- Gather market intelligence on new trends, events, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the store and the broader company.
- Implement stock procedures in line with company standards and guidelines.
- Adhere to Brioni's standards, roles, and procedures, promptly addressing potential issues and risks.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a sales role within a luxury brand.
- Fluency in English.
- Solid understanding of men's formalwear.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the high-end fashion industry.
- MTM specialization is advantageous.
- Excellent listening and communication abilities.
- Flexibility to work in a multicultural environment.
- Proactive and self-motivated attitude.
- Strong sense of ownership.
- Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Availability to work at least 2 Saturdays and 2 Sundays per month, including annual inventory and holiday seasons.
A minimum of 3 years in a luxury brand sales position is required.
Base pay ranges from $23.00 to $26.00 per hour, plus commission.
