- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with customers from initial contact to farewell.
- Achieve and surpass CRM and retention objectives.
- Contribute to team success by meeting store management goals.
- Utilize the Client Book (LUCE) to strengthen relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Expand the customer base by developing a network of contacts.
- Gather market intelligence on trends, events, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the store and the broader company.
- Implement stock procedures in accordance with company standards.
- Adhere to Brioni's standards, roles, and procedures, promptly addressing any issues or risks.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role within a luxury brand.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of men's formalwear.
- Comprehensive understanding of the high-end fashion industry.
- MTM specialization is advantageous.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work in a multicultural environment.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
- Strong sense of ownership.
- Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
A minimum of three years in a sales position within a luxury brand is required.
