1. Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with customers from initial contact to farewell.
2. Achieve and surpass CRM and retention objectives.
3. Contribute to team goals set by Store Management.
4. Utilize the Client Book (LUCE) to foster relationships with existing and potential clients.
5. Expand the customer base by creating and nurturing a network of contacts.
6. Gather market intelligence on trends, events, and competitor activities.
7. Collaborate effectively with store and company colleagues.
8. Implement stock procedures in line with company standards.
9. Adhere to Brioni standards and procedures, promptly addressing any issues or risks.

1. Minimum of 3 years experience in a sales role within a luxury brand.
2. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
3. In-depth knowledge of men's formalwear and high-end fashion.
4. MTM specialization is advantageous.

5. Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.

A minimum of three years in a sales position within the luxury fashion sector is required.
