1. Cultivate positive relationships with customers from initial contact to farewell.
2. Achieve and surpass CRM and retention objectives.
3. Contribute to team goals set by Store Management.
4. Utilize the Client Book to maintain and enhance customer relationships.
5. Develop a network of contacts to recruit new clients and enhance brand image.
6. Gather market intelligence on trends, events, and competitor activities.
7. Collaborate effectively with store and company colleagues.
8. Implement stock procedures in line with company standards.
9. Adhere to Brioni standards and promptly report issues.
10. Open and close the store.
11. Maintain knowledge of inventory levels.
12. Ensure maintenance of visual standards.

1. Minimum of 2 years experience in a sales position within a luxury brand.
2. Fluency in English.

1. Strong knowledge of men's formalwear and high-end fashion.
2. Excellent listening and communication skills.
3. Flexibility to work in a multicultural environment.
4. Proactive with a self-development attitude.
5. Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership and responsibility.
6. Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
7. Availability to work at least 2 Saturdays and 2 Sundays per month, during annual inventory, and holiday season.

A minimum of 2 years in a luxury brand sales position is required.

Base salary ranging from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour.
