Brioni Sales Advisor Keyholder

- Cultivate positive relationships with customers from initial contact to farewell.
- Achieve and surpass CRM and retention objectives.
- Contribute to team goals set by Store Management.
- Utilize the Client Book to maintain and enhance customer relationships.
- Develop a network of contacts to recruit new clients and enhance brand image.
- Gather market intelligence on trends, events, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate effectively with store and company colleagues.
- Implement stock procedures in line with company standards.
- Adhere to Brioni standards and promptly report issues.
- Open and close the store.
- Maintain knowledge of inventory levels.
- Ensure maintenance of visual standards.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a sales position within a luxury brand.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong knowledge of men's formalwear and high-end fashion.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work in a multicultural environment.
- Proactive with a self-development attitude.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership and responsibility.
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Availability to work at least 2 Saturdays and 2 Sundays per month, during annual inventory, and holiday season.
A minimum of 2 years in a luxury brand sales position is required.
Base salary ranging from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour.
