1. Contribute to team objectives by achieving goals set by the Store Manager.
2. Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers from initial contact to post-purchase.
3. Exceed customer relationship management (CRM) and retention targets.
4. Utilize the Client Book to enhance relationships with existing and potential customers.
5. Develop a network of contacts to expand the customer base.
6. Gather market intelligence on new trends, events, and competitor activities.
7. Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the store and across the company.
8. Implement stock procedures in accordance with company standards.
9. Adhere to Brioni's standards and procedures, promptly addressing any issues or risks.

1. Experience in a sales role.

1. Fluency in English; proficiency in a second language is advantageous.
2. Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
3. Availability to work at least two Saturdays and two Sundays per month, including during annual inventory and holiday seasons.
4. Strong listening and communication skills.
5. Flexibility to work in a multicultural environment.
6. Proactive networking abilities.
7. Commitment to self-development.
8. Sense of ownership.

Previous experience in a sales position is required.
