1. Contribute to team goals set by the Store Manager.
2. Create and develop positive relationships with customers from first contact to farewell.
3. Meet and exceed CRM and retention goals.
4. Utilize the Client Book to nurture relationships with existing and potential customers.
5. Create and cultivate a network of contacts to expand the potential customer base.
6. Gather market information on new trends, events, competitors’ activities, and products.
7. Interact and collaborate effectively with colleagues in the store and company.
8. Implement stock procedures according to company standards and guidelines.
9. Respect Brioni standards, roles, and procedures, sharing possible issues and risks promptly.

1. Experience in a sales position.
2. Fluent in English; a second language is a plus.
3. Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
4. Availability to work a minimum of 2 Saturdays and 2 Sundays per month, including annual inventory and holiday season.
