1. Contribute to team success by achieving goals set by the Store Manager.
2. Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers from initial contact to farewell.
3. Meet and exceed CRM and retention goals.
4. Utilize the Client Book effectively to nurture relationships with existing and potential customers.
5. Create and cultivate a network of contacts to expand the potential customer base.
6. Gather market information on new trends, events, competitors’ activities, and products.
7. Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the store and the company.
8. Implement stock procedures according to company standards and guidelines.
9. Adhere to Brioni's standards, roles, and procedures, promptly sharing possible issues and risks.

1. Experience in a sales position.
2. Fluent in English; proficiency in a second language is advantageous.
3. Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
