- Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients from initial contact to farewell.
- Achieve and surpass CRM and retention objectives.
- Contribute to team goals set by Store Management.
- Utilize the Client Book (LUCE) to enhance client relationships.
- Expand the customer base by cultivating a network of contacts.
- Gather market intelligence on trends, events, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate effectively with store and company colleagues.
- Implement stock procedures in line with company standards.
- Adhere to Brioni's standards and promptly report any issues or risks.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a sales role within a luxury brand.
- Fluency in English and Russian; additional languages are advantageous.
- Comprehensive knowledge of men's formalwear and high-end fashion.
- MTM specialization is advantageous.
- Strong listening and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work in a multicultural environment.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a sense of ownership.
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Availability to work at least 2 Saturdays and 2 Sundays per month, during annual inventory, and holiday seasons.
