- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers from initial contact to farewell.
- Meet and exceed CRM and retention goals.
- Achieve targets set by Store Management and contribute to team efforts.
- Utilize the Client Book (LUCE) to foster relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Expand the potential customer base by cultivating a network of contacts.
- Gather market intelligence on trends, events, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the store and the broader company.
- Implement stock procedures in line with company standards and guidelines.
- Adhere to Brioni standards, roles, and procedures, and promptly communicate any issues or risks.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a sales role within a luxury brand.
- Fluency in English and Russian; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of men's formalwear and the high-end fashion sector.
- MTM specialization is considered a plus.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexibly in a multicultural environment.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
- Capability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Availability to work at least 2 Saturdays and 2 Sundays per month, during annual inventory, and throughout the holiday season.
A minimum of three years in a sales position within a luxury brand is required.
