1. Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with customers from initial contact to farewell.
2. Achieve and surpass CRM and retention objectives.
3. Meet store management goals and contribute to team success.
4. Utilize the Client Book (LUCE) to maintain and enhance customer relationships.
5. Expand the customer base by developing a network of contacts.
6. Stay informed about market trends, events, and competitor activities.
7. Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the store and the wider company.
8. Implement stock procedures in line with company standards.
9. Adhere to Brioni's standards, promptly addressing any issues or risks.

1. Minimum of 3 years experience in a sales role within a luxury brand.
2. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
3. Strong knowledge of men's formalwear and high-end fashion.
4. Specialization in Made-to-Measure (MTM) is beneficial.

1. Excellent listening and communication skills.
2. Ability to work flexibly in a multicultural environment.
3. Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
4. Capable of being mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
5. Willingness to work at least 2 Saturdays and 2 Sundays per month, during annual inventory, and holiday seasons.

A minimum of 3 years in a sales position within a luxury brand environment is required.
