1. Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring a memorable luxury experience from initial contact to farewell.
2. Achieve and surpass CRM and retention objectives.
3. Contribute to team success by meeting store management goals.
4. Utilize the Client Book (LUCE) to strengthen relationships with existing and potential clients.
5. Expand the customer base by developing a network of contacts.
6. Monitor market trends, events, and competitor activities.
7. Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the store and the broader company.
8. Implement stock procedures in accordance with company standards.
9. Adhere to Brioni standards, promptly addressing potential issues and risks.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role within a luxury brand.
2. Fluency in English; proficiency in Middle Eastern or Indian languages is advantageous.
3. Strong knowledge of men's formalwear and high-end fashion.
4. MTM specialization is preferred.
