- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients from initial contact to post-sale follow-up.
- Achieve and surpass CRM and retention targets.
- Contribute to team objectives by meeting individual sales goals and KPIs.
- Utilize the Client Book (LUCE) to enhance client relationships and expand customer base.
- Develop a network of contacts to increase potential clientele.
- Stay informed about market trends, events, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate effectively with store colleagues and the broader company.
- Implement stock management procedures in line with company standards.
- Uphold Brioni's standards and promptly address any issues or risks.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a luxury sales position.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Middle Eastern or Indian languages is advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of men's formalwear and high-end fashion.
- Specialization in Made-to-Measure (MTM) is a plus.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
- Capability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
A minimum of three years in a luxury sales role, with a focus on clienteling and achieving sales targets.
