- Serve as a brand ambassador, delivering an exceptional luxury experience to clients.
- Guide clients passionately across the brand, fostering long-term loyalty.
- Execute sales and clienteling actions to achieve individual and store targets and KPIs.
- Develop positive relationships with clients from initial contact to farewell.
- Meet and exceed CRM and retention goals.
- Collaborate effectively with store management and team to achieve goals.
- Utilize the Client Book (LUCE) to maintain and enhance client relationships.
- Expand potential customer base by cultivating a network of contacts.
- Stay informed about market trends, events, and competitors' activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues in-store and across the company.
- Implement stock procedures in line with company standards.
- Adhere to Brioni standards and promptly address any issues or risks.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a sales role within a luxury brand.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Middle Eastern or Indian languages is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of men's formalwear and high-end fashion.
- MTM specialization is a plus.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work in a multicultural environment.
- Proactive mindset with a self-development attitude.
- Sense of ownership and responsibility.
- Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
At least 3 years in a sales position within a luxury brand.
