- Create and develop positive relationships with customers from first contact to farewell.
- Meet and exceed CRM and retention goals.
- Accomplish goals set by Store Management and contribute to teamwork.
- Use the Client Book (LUCE) to nurture relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Create and cultivate a network of contacts to expand the potential customer base.
- Gather information about market trends, events, competitors’ activities, and products.
- Interact and collaborate effectively with colleagues in the store and company.
- Implement stock procedures according to company standards and guidelines.
- Respect Brioni standards, roles, and procedures, sharing possible issues and risks.
- At least 3 years of experience in a sales position in a luxury brand.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Middle Eastern and/or Indian languages is a plus.
- Good knowledge of men's formalwear.
- Good knowledge of the high-end fashion field.
- MTM specialization is a plus.
- Listening and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work in a multicultural context.

- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
At least 3 years of experience in a sales position within a luxury brand.
