1. Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients from initial contact to farewell.
2. Achieve and exceed CRM and retention objectives.
3. Collaborate with store management to meet sales targets and contribute to team success.
4. Utilize the Client Book (LUCE) to strengthen relationships with existing and potential clients.
5. Expand the customer base by developing a network of contacts.
6. Monitor market trends, events, and competitor activities.
7. Collaborate effectively with store colleagues and the wider company.
8. Adhere to stock procedures in line with company standards.
9. Uphold Brioni's standards and promptly report any issues or risks.

1. Minimum of 3 years experience in a sales role within a luxury brand.
2. Fluency in English; proficiency in Middle Eastern and/or Indian languages is advantageous.
3. Strong knowledge of men's formalwear and high-end fashion.
4. Specialization in Made-to-Measure (MTM) is a plus.

4. Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.

A minimum of 3 years in a luxury sales position is required.
