- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients from initial contact to post-purchase follow-up.
- Achieve and surpass CRM and retention objectives.
- Contribute to team success by meeting store management goals.
- Utilize the Client Book (LUCE) to enhance customer relationships.
- Expand the customer base by networking and building contacts.
- Stay informed on market trends, events, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate effectively with store and company-wide colleagues.
- Implement stock procedures in line with company standards.
- Adhere to Brioni's standards and promptly address potential issues.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role within a luxury brand.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Middle Eastern or Indian languages is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of men's formalwear and high-end fashion.
- Specialization in Made-to-Measure (MTM) is a plus.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexibly in a multicultural environment.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
- Capability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
A minimum of 3 years in a sales position within a luxury brand environment is required.
