Sales Advisor

1. Create and develop positive relationships with customers from first contact to farewell.
2. Meet and exceed CRM and retention goals.
3. Accomplish goals set by Store Management and contribute to teamwork.
4. Use the Client Book (LUCE) to nurture relationships with existing and potential customers.
5. Create and cultivate a network of contacts to expand the potential customer base.
6. Gather information about the market, including new trends, events, and competitors’ activities.
7. Interact and collaborate effectively with colleagues in the store and company.
8. Implement stock procedures according to company standards and guidelines.
9. Respect Brioni standards, roles, and procedures, sharing possible issues and risks.

1. At least 3 years of experience in a sales position in a luxury brand.
2. Fluent in English; knowledge of Middle Eastern or Indian languages is a plus.
3. Good knowledge of men's formalwear.
4. Good knowledge of the high-end fashion field.
5. MTM specialization is a plus.
