- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring a memorable experience from initial contact to farewell.
- Achieve and surpass CRM and retention objectives.
- Contribute to team success by meeting store management goals.
- Utilize the Client Book (LUCE) to strengthen relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Expand the customer base by creating and nurturing a network of contacts.
- Stay informed about market trends, events, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the store and the broader company.
- Adhere to stock procedures in line with company standards and guidelines.
- Uphold Brioni's standards, promptly addressing any issues or risks.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role within a luxury brand.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in a Middle Eastern or Indian language is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of men's formalwear and high-end fashion.
- Specialization in Made-to-Measure (MTM) is a plus.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexibly in a multicultural environment.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
- Capacity to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
A minimum of three years in a sales position within a luxury brand environment is required.
