- Contribute to team success by achieving goals set by the Store Manager.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers from initial contact to post-purchase.
- Meet and exceed customer relationship management and retention goals.
- Utilize the Client Book effectively to nurture relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Expand the potential customer base by creating and cultivating a network of contacts.
- Gather market information on new trends, events, and competitors’ activities and products.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the store and the wider company.
- Implement stock procedures in accordance with company standards and guidelines.
- Adhere to Brioni standards, roles, and procedures, promptly sharing any issues and risks.
- Experience in a sales position.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in a second language is advantageous.
- Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work in a multicultural environment.
- Proactive networking abilities.
- Strong sense of ownership and self-development attitude.
Previous experience in a sales role is required.
