1. Collaborate with the Retail Director APAC and retail management team to ensure alignment with corporate strategy and policy implementation.
2. Support stores in achieving operational efficiency and compliance with company standards.
3. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance store operations and profitability.
4. Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and conduct staff training to maintain high standards of retail excellence.
5. Manage vendor relationships and oversee contracts, purchase orders, and payment settlements.
6. Ensure compliance with business and regulatory requirements through regular audits and follow-ups.
7. Facilitate effective internal communication across stores to optimize operations and share best practices.
8. Lead retail network expansion, including new store openings, relocations, and remodels.
9. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of retail projects and achievement of KPIs.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher, with experience in fashion retail.
2. Fluency in English and Mandarin, both oral and written.
