1. Provide tailoring services for regional trunk shows and coordinate events in alignment with the commercial calendar, collaborating closely with Retail and Wholesale departments.
2. Deliver tailoring services for private VIP appointments, coordinating with the Retail Manager.
3. Oversee Home Service activities as the primary contact for top VICs.
4. Collaborate with store teams to ensure seamless order follow-up and delivery for trunk shows and VIP services.
5. Support regional stores by offering on-floor tailoring services, conducting in-store training, and mentoring store tailors.
6. Advise clients on optimal fit based on body characteristics.
7. Lead measurements for 'Made-to-Measure' and 'Ready-to-Wear' garments.
8. Facilitate Bespoke training at the start of each season, focusing on stores without a Bespoke Ambassador.
9. Work with Regional Directors to identify new business opportunities and client acquisition strategies.

1. Minimum of 10 years of hands-on tailoring experience.
2. Experience in men's suiting preferred.
3. Previous experience in a similar role within a fashion retail company, with a focus on driving business results.
4. Flexible schedule and willingness to travel as required by seasonal and business needs.

Base salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000.
