1. Provide tailoring services for regional trunk shows and coordinate these events in alignment with the commercial calendar, collaborating closely with Retail and Wholesale departments.
2. Deliver tailoring services for private VIP appointments within the region, coordinating with the Retail Manager.
3. Coordinate Home Service activities, acting as the primary contact for top VIP clients.
4. Collaborate with store teams to follow up with Production on orders from trunk shows and VIP services to ensure successful outcomes and smooth client delivery.
5. Support regional stores by offering on-floor tailoring services, in-store training, and coaching for store tailors as needed.
6. Advise clients on optimal garment fit based on body characteristics.
7. Lead measurements for 'Made-to-Measure' and 'Ready-to-Wear' garments.
8. Support Bespoke training at the start of each season, especially in stores without a Bespoke Ambassador, focusing on new fabric technicalities and fittings.
9. Partner with Regional Directors to develop business opportunities and external activities for new revenue streams and client acquisition.

1. Minimum of 10 years of hands-on tailoring experience.
2. Background in men's suiting preferred.
3. Experience in a similar role within a fashion retail company, with a focus on driving business results.
4. Flexible schedule and ability to travel based on seasonal and business needs.

$90,000 - $100,000 base salary.
