Brioni Product Training Intern

- Collaborate in drafting, editing, and updating training materials for ready-to-wear and accessories collections, including product sheets, presentations, video tutorials, and technical insights.
- Support the implementation and content management on digital e-learning platforms and utilize gamification tools.
- Assist in the logistical organization of product training sessions, such as physical masterclasses and in-store sessions.
- Aid in the initial monitoring and analysis of training effectiveness.
- Manage the archiving and organization of training documentation.
- Academic background or previous experience in training, communication, or fashion/luxury.
- Strong interest and passion for products, particularly fabrics/materials and sartorial techniques, preferably in the luxury sector.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially PowerPoint, and major digital communication tools.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, curiosity, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of graphic/video editing tools such as Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere) or e-learning platforms is advantageous.
- Excellent written and spoken English proficiency; Italian or a second language is a plus.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with remote and international teams.
Previous experience in training, communication, or fashion/luxury is advantageous.
Academic background in a relevant field.
