1. Assist in the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts, including distribution, license, franchise, service, lease agreements, and NDAs, in both English and Italian.
2. Maintain and update the company's contract records and database.
3. Support the implementation and monitoring of the Group’s compliance programs and policies.

1. Master’s Degree in Law
2. Experience in top-tier national or international law firms is advantageous
3. Experience in the luxury, fashion, or jewelry industry is beneficial

1. Strong communication and relationship-building skills
2. Team-oriented with a proactive and motivated attitude
3. Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment
4. Precise, pragmatic, and hands-on approach with problem-solving capabilities
5. Fluency in English (C1 level); knowledge of French is a plus

Prior professional experience in a legal capacity, ideally within a high-ranking law firm or luxury industry company, is preferred.
