1. Assist in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, including distribution, license, franchise, service, lease agreements, and NDAs, in both English and Italian.
2. Maintain and update the company's contract records and database.
3. Support the implementation and monitoring of the Group's compliance programs and policies.

1. Master’s Degree in Law.
2. Experience in top-tier national or international law firms is advantageous.
3. Experience in the luxury, fashion, or jewelry industry is a plus.

3. Adaptable to a constantly changing environment.
4. Precise, pragmatic, and hands-on approach with problem-solving abilities.
5. Fluency in English (C1 level minimum); knowledge of French is a plus.

Previous professional experience in a legal role, preferably within a top-tier law firm or luxury industry company.

Master’s Degree in Law.
