1. Assist in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts in both English and Italian, including distribution agreements, license and franchise agreements, service agreements, lease agreements, and NDAs.
2. Maintain up-to-date records and databases for company contracts.
3. Support the implementation and monitoring of the Group’s compliance programs and policies.

1. Master’s Degree in Law
2. Experience in top-tier national or international law firms is advantageous
3. Experience in the luxury, fashion, or jewelry industry is beneficial

2. Team-oriented with a proactive and motivated attitude
3. Adaptability to a constantly changing environment
4. Precision and pragmatic problem-solving abilities
5. Fluency in English (C1 level); knowledge of French is a plus

Experience in legal roles within law firms or international companies, particularly in the luxury fashion industry, is preferred.
