Brioni Legal Intern

- Assist in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts in both English and Italian, including distribution agreements, license and franchise agreements, service agreements, lease agreements, and NDAs.
- Maintain up-to-date records and databases for company contracts.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of the Group’s compliance programs and policies.
- Master’s Degree in Law
- Experience in top-tier national or international law firms is advantageous
- Experience in the luxury, fashion, or jewelry industry is beneficial
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Team-oriented with a proactive and motivated attitude
- Adaptability to a constantly changing environment
- Precision and pragmatic problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in English (C1 level); knowledge of French is a plus
Experience in legal roles within law firms or international companies, particularly in the luxury fashion industry, is preferred.
Master’s Degree in Law
