Brioni Legal Intern

- Support in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts in English and Italian, including distribution agreements, license and franchise agreements, service agreements, lease agreements, and NDAs.
- Maintain up-to-date records and database for company contracts.
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of the Group’s compliance programs and policies.
- Master’s Degree in Law
- Professional experience in first-ranked national/international law firms is a plus
- Experience in international companies in the luxury/fashion/jewelry industry is a plus
- Strong communication and relationship skills
- Teamwork oriented
- Proactive, motivated, with a positive attitude
- Flexible and able to adapt to a constantly changing environment
- Ability to work in a precise, pragmatic, and hands-on manner
- Problem-solving attitude
- English fluency (at least C1 level)
- Knowledge of French is a plus

Master’s Degree in Law
