1. Assist in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts in both English and Italian, including distribution, license, franchise, service, lease agreements, and NDAs.
2. Maintain and update the company's contract records and database.
3. Support the implementation and monitoring of the Group's compliance programs and policies.

1. Master’s Degree in Law.
2. Experience in top-tier national or international law firms is advantageous.
3. Experience in the luxury, fashion, or jewelry industry is a plus.

4. Precise, pragmatic, and hands-on approach with problem-solving capabilities.
5. Fluency in English (minimum C1 level); knowledge of French is a plus.

Professional experience in legal environments, particularly within top-tier law firms or luxury industry companies, is preferred.
