Brioni Legal Intern

1. Support in the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts in English and Italian, including distribution agreements, license and franchise agreements, service agreements, lease agreements, and NDAs.
2. Maintain up-to-date records and database for company contracts.
3. Assist in the implementation and monitoring of the Group’s compliance programs and policies.

1. Master’s Degree in Law
2. Professional experience in first ranked national/international law firms is a plus
3. Experience in international companies in the luxury/fashion/jewelry industry is a plus
