1. Draft and negotiate commercial contracts in both English and Italian, including distribution, license, franchise, service, lease agreements, and NDAs.
2. Address intellectual property issues concerning the trademarks portfolio.
3. Manage corporate matters such as drafting meeting minutes, powers of attorney, and maintaining company books, records, and databases.
4. Coordinate with international law consultants.

1. Master’s Degree in Law
2. Admitted to the Italian BAR
3. 4-5 years of experience in top-tier international law firms
4. Experience in the luxury/fashion/jewelry industry is advantageous
5. Fluency in English (C1 level); knowledge of French is a plus
