- Analyze existing business processes and collaborate with suppliers to gather requirements, translating them into actionable IT requirements.
- Evaluate the technical feasibility of proposed IT projects, preparing functional demos and mockups for stakeholders.
- Plan project phases and go-live events, including contingency plans.
- Propose solutions for incomplete requirements to minimize delays.
- Develop and manage user acceptance test (UAT) scripts, ensuring compliance with business requirements.
- Lead stakeholder communications and organize steering committees to align business functions.
- Support integration and validate data flows from legacy systems to modern platforms.
- Monitor data flows to identify and resolve potential issues.
- Ensure seamless adoption of new tools and processes, producing technical and functional documentation.
- Conduct data analysis using Excel and PowerPoint to support strategic decisions.
- Translate technical complexities into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Support development of Power BI reporting and dashboards.
- Assist in discovering new IT digital solutions and market trends.
- Simplify internal activities and processes within the IT team.
- College/university degree in Computer Science or equivalent field.
- Experience in implementing digital projects, preferably in the luxury/fashion sector.
- Experience with PIM, DAM, and ERP solutions.
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI development.
- Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall project methodologies.
- Knowledge of ETL protocols, REST/SOAP APIs, CSV, FTP, JSON, and system integration best practices.
- Advanced analytical and numerical skills, particularly with Excel.
- Proficiency in Office 365 suite.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to plan efficiently.
- Innovative mindset with a solid background in technology and analysis.
- Ability to manage ambiguous situations calmly and logically.
- Proactive in anticipating issues and proposing solutions.
- Curiosity for technology innovations in the fashion environment, such as WEB3, AR, and Metaverse.
Experience in the implementation of digital projects, with a preference for experience in the luxury or fashion sector.
College/university degree in Computer Science or equivalent field.
