Brioni Junior Demand & Distribution Planner

- Monitor production deliveries and shipment distribution daily to ensure correct replenishment of seasonal and permanent products in directly operated stores.
- Support daily stock allocation processes by interacting with production teams, customer service, and logistics.
- Ensure on-time delivery and availability of goods throughout the distribution chain, aligning with strategic requirements.
- Prepare weekly and periodic reports on production advancement and delivery status, identifying potential issues and taking proactive measures.
- Define forecasts for shipping volumes at multiple levels and recommend adjustments as necessary.
- Utilize and maintain planning software, ensuring the reliability of its output.
- Facilitate the optimization of existing processes and tools.
- Conduct data analysis related to logistics, monitor weekly/monthly KPIs, and support the development of action plans and recommendations for improvement.
- Assist the team in all activities related to the demand planning process.
- Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Power BI is advantageous.
- Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage large data sets effectively.
- Proactive problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility, open-mindedness, organization, and target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage tasks with accuracy, set priorities, and optimize time.
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems, particularly Stealth, is appreciated.
Previous experience in demand and distribution planning or a related field is beneficial.
Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, or similar is preferred.
