- Analyze existing business processes and collaborate with suppliers to gather requirements, translating business needs into actionable IT specifications.
- Evaluate the technical feasibility of proposed IT projects, ensuring integration with existing systems, and prepare functional demos and mockups for stakeholders.
- Plan project phases and go-live events meticulously, including contingency plans to mitigate risks.
- Propose solutions for incomplete requirements to minimize project delays.
- Develop and manage user acceptance test (UAT) scripts, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Lead stakeholder communications and organize steering committees to align various business functions.
- Support the integration and validate data flows from legacy systems to modern platforms such as Ecommerce, CRM, and Virtual Showroom.
- Monitor data flows to identify and resolve potential issues promptly.
- Ensure seamless adoption of new tools and processes, producing comprehensive technical and functional documentation.
- Conduct data analysis using Excel and PowerPoint to support strategic decisions.
- Translate technical complexities into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Assist in developing Power BI reporting and dashboards.
- Support the manager in discovering new IT digital solutions and market trends.
- Aid the IT team in simplifying internal activities and processes.
- College/university degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience in implementing digital projects, preferably in the luxury or fashion sector.
- Experience with PIM, DAM, and ERP solutions.
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI development.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Knowledge of ETL protocols, REST/SOAP APIs, CSV, FTP, JSON, and best practices in system integration.
- Advanced analytical and number-crunching skills, particularly in Excel.
- Proficiency in Office 365 suite.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to efficiently plan tasks and meetings.
- Innovative mindset with a solid background in technology and analysis.
- Ability to manage ambiguous situations calmly and logically.
- Proactive in anticipating issues and proposing solutions.
- Curiosity for technology innovation in the fashion environment, including WEB3, AR, Metaverse, and digital experiences.
Experience in implementing digital projects, with a preference for those in the luxury or fashion sector.
College/university degree in Computer Science or related field.
