2. Utilize advanced tailoring techniques to accommodate diverse body shapes and postures, advising clients appropriately.
3. Guide clients and sales advisors on necessary alterations to achieve optimal fit for ready-to-wear garments.
4. Conduct measurements for bespoke collections, including suits, shirts, and casual wear.
5. Perform alterations and repairs on ready-to-wear garments.
6. Collaborate with store personnel to meet customer fitting needs for both bespoke and ready-to-wear collections.

1. Education from a recognized pattern-making school.
2. 3-5 years of tailoring experience, preferably in luxury menswear.
3. Fluency in English, with Italian language skills being advantageous.

1. Comprehensive understanding of garment construction and proficiency with both industrial sewing machines and hand stitching.
2. Advanced knowledge of fabrics and hand sewing techniques, including buttonholes.
3. Exceptional attention to detail.
4. Highly organized, passionate, and self-motivated.
5. Customer-focused attitude.
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
7. Flexibility in adapting to various tasks.

A minimum of 3-5 years of tailoring experience, ideally within the luxury menswear sector.
