1. Assist in the recruitment process, including job requisition creation, application management, agency communication, and conducting interviews.
2. Support onboarding programs for new employees, including badge delivery, card orders, and IT device coordination.
3. Maintain the Workday system, managing hirings, terminations, promotions, and organizational updates.
4. Manage invoices, including collecting signatures and submitting to Finance.
5. Archive employee documents.
6. Provide support in counseling managers and employees.
7. Assist in organizational and cultural change initiatives.
8. Support employee relations issues.
9. Contribute to the implementation, co-design, and monitoring of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
10. Assist in time attendance management for APAC boutiques.

1. Bachelor’s degree in HR management, organizational management, or a related field is advantageous.
2. Previous experience in a similar position within the retail or luxury sector is beneficial.
