1. Assist in the recruitment process by creating job requisitions, managing applications, and coordinating with agencies for screening and interviews.
2. Support onboarding programs for new employees, including badge delivery, card orders, and IT device setup.
3. Maintain the Workday system for hirings, terminations, promotions, and organizational updates.
4. Manage invoices by collecting signatures and submitting them to Finance.
5. Archive employee documents efficiently.
6. Provide support and counseling to managers and employees.
7. Assist in organizational and cultural change initiatives.
8. Support employee relations issues.
9. Implement, co-design, and monitor HR policies, procedures, and programs.
10. Manage time attendance for APAC boutiques.

1. Bachelor’s degree in HR management, organizational management, or a related field is advantageous.
2. Previous experience in a similar position within the Retail/Luxury sector is beneficial.

Previous experience in a similar position in the Retail/Luxury sector is advantageous.

Bachelor’s degree in HR management, organizational management, or similar is a plus.
