1. Assist in the recruitment process, including job requisition creation, application management, and interview coordination.
2. Facilitate onboarding programs for new employees, including badge distribution and IT setup.
3. Maintain the Workday system with updates on hirings, terminations, and organizational changes.
4. Manage invoice processes, including signature collection and finance submission.
5. Archive and manage employee documentation.
6. Provide support in counseling managers and employees.
7. Assist in organizational and cultural change initiatives.
8. Support employee relations and HR policy implementation.
9. Manage time attendance for EMEA boutiques.

1. Previous experience in a similar role within the retail or luxury sector is advantageous.
2. Master’s degree in HR management or organizational management is preferred.
3. Fluency in English and Italian is required.
