Brioni HR Intern

- Assist in the recruitment process, including job requisition creation, application management, and interview coordination.
- Facilitate onboarding programs for new employees, including badge distribution and IT setup.
- Maintain the Workday system with updates on hirings, terminations, and organizational changes.
- Manage invoice processes, including signature collection and finance submission.
- Archive and manage employee documentation.
- Provide support in counseling managers and employees.
- Assist in organizational and cultural change initiatives.
- Support employee relations and HR policy implementation.
- Manage time attendance for EMEA boutiques.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the retail or luxury sector is advantageous.
- Master’s degree in HR management or organizational management is preferred.
- Fluency in English and Italian is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Flexibility to work in a multicultural environment.
- Proactive and positive attitude.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong sense of ownership and self-development.
Previous experience in a similar position within the retail or luxury sector is considered a plus.
