- Develop and implement global and local CRM strategies to enhance client acquisition, retention, and reactivation.
- Lead a team including a CRM specialist and collaborate with the VIC department to drive client loyalty.
- Analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities, presenting insights to C-Level executives and various teams.
- Contribute to the VIC strategy by providing insights on ROI and other relevant metrics.
- Design and execute client outreach campaigns, including collection launches, store events, and bespoke shows.
- Monitor and refine client journeys and outreach campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand identity.
- Enhance the in-house clienteling app by gathering feedback and coordinating with IT for improvements.
- Improve client database quality and contactability in collaboration with Data Privacy, Retail, and IT teams.
- Conduct trend analyses and benchmark digital engagement best practices.
- Over 6 years of experience in global client engagement within the luxury sector.
- Proven business acumen and sensitivity to luxury brand dynamics.
- Technical proficiency in data management and CRM system architecture.
- Strong data analysis and visualization capabilities.
- Effective communication skills across various organizational levels.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
A minimum of six years in global client engagement, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.
