1. Assist in the eCommerce internalization project, including managing website content, translations, marketing, retail operations, customer service, and business intelligence.
2. Support the testing phase of the new website.
3. Manage daily eCommerce operations, ensuring timely publication of products, merchandising classifications, and product attributes.
4. Oversee website assets, including images and texts.
5. Coordinate online translations with external agencies.
6. Conduct weekly quality assurance to maintain the integrity of Brioni's online product presentation.
7. Report eCommerce KPIs and perform periodic sales analysis using Kering's business intelligence tools.
8. Assist in newsletter management, including content translation and product availability checks.
