1. Manage orders, pricing, and delivery using internal mainframe systems during sales campaigns.
2. Ensure adherence to precision, quality, and timing standards to deliver superior service.
3. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and issues promptly.
4. Collaborate with internal departments to meet and exceed customer expectations.
5. Develop and execute planned activities to enhance customer satisfaction.
6. Collect and analyze information to monitor business trends and identify opportunities.

1. High school diploma required; university degree preferred.
2. Previous experience in customer service or similar roles, preferably in the fashion or luxury industry.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with Stealth or AS400 systems.
2. Strong understanding of luxury goods logistics and international dynamics.
3. Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with all organizational levels and suppliers.
4. Proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
5. Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken; knowledge of French or German is advantageous.

Candidates should have prior experience in customer service or related roles, ideally within the fashion or luxury sectors.

High school diploma required; university degree is an advantage.
