1. Manage orders, pricing, and delivery of goods using internal mainframe systems during sales campaigns.
2. Maintain precision, quality, and timing standards to ensure superior service.
3. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
4. Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer expectations.
5. Develop and execute planned activities.
6. Facilitate the collection of information to monitor business trends and opportunities.

1. High school diploma required; university degree preferred.
2. Previous experience in customer service or similar roles, preferably within the fashion/luxury industry.

1. Expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with Stealth or AS400.
2. Strong communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with all organizational levels and suppliers.
3. Proactive, detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
4. Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken; knowledge of French or German is advantageous.

Previous experience in customer service or similar roles, ideally within the fashion or luxury sector.

High school diploma required; university degree preferred.
