Brioni Customer Service Representative

- Manage orders, pricing, and delivery of goods using internal mainframe systems during sales campaigns.
- Maintain precision, quality, and timing standards to ensure superior service.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer expectations.
- Develop and execute planned activities.
- Facilitate the collection of information to monitor business trends and opportunities.
- High school diploma required; university degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or similar roles, preferably within the fashion/luxury industry.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with Stealth or AS400.
- Strong communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with all organizational levels and suppliers.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken; knowledge of French or German is advantageous.
Previous experience in customer service or similar roles, ideally within the fashion or luxury sector.
High school diploma required; university degree preferred.
