1. Support the coordination of content management across all phases including planning, budgeting, contract negotiation, sample management, production, and asset delivery.
2. Engage in art buying and negotiations with talents, models, agencies, and external suppliers.
3. Assist in the prescreening phase to identify and manage a portfolio of agencies, creative talents, and production partners.
4. Develop print and digital seasonal tools such as catalogues, invitation cards, and leaflets.
5. Support the coordination of E-commerce product shoots, from sample management to final image delivery.
6. Monitor competitors’ content strategies and activities.
7. Ensure all deliverables are on brief, on time, and within budget.

1. Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
2. Fluency in English.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
2. Creative thinking with the ability to innovate.
3. Strong understanding of luxury fashion.
4. Excellent organizational skills.
5. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.
