1. Ensure daily sales targets are met through effective planning and team direction, in collaboration with the Store Manager.
2. Coach store staff daily, providing feedback and supporting performance in line with Retail Excellence guidelines.
3. Support team members in skill development, offering monthly feedback and leveraging motivational drivers.
4. Identify and develop talent within the store, partnering with the Store Manager to implement development plans.
5. Scout market for talent, attract them to the brand, and maintain relationships.
6. Manage clienteling activities to ensure consistent, high-quality customer service and leverage clienteling tools.
7. Develop the selling team to maximize customer relationships.
8. Act as a reference point for the team, fostering teamwork and facilitating newcomer induction.
9. Analyze sales reports and KPIs with the Store Manager to define and execute action plans.
10. Ensure balanced floor coverage and efficient activity planning, delegating and monitoring results.
11. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations in stock management and tailoring.

1. Bachelor's Degree
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in retail positions within luxury boutiques
3. At least 2 years of people management experience
4. Fluency in English and the local language; additional languages are advantageous
