1. Coordinate daily production activities and manage a production unit.
2. Implement actions necessary to achieve unit objectives.
3. Manage production personnel, including first-level supervision, disciplinary interviews, recruitment participation, and enforcing company regulations.
4. Handle management administration such as leave validation and absence management.
5. Propose improvements for activities.
6. Participate in defining and achieving unit objectives.
7. Act as the technical reference for unit activities.
8. Lead daily closure sessions for the unit and participate in overall closures.
9. Engage in continuous improvement and production management initiatives.
10. Ensure effective communication between production and support functions (Methods, Quality, Scheduling).
11. Contribute to the training plan for new employees.
12. Participate in the deployment of new products and processes/equipment.

1. Technical training related to the watchmaking field.

1. Fluent in French; knowledge of another language is an advantage.

2-3 years of experience as a Manager/Coordinator in the watchmaking industry.
