1. Coordinate daily production activities within the designated production cell, including Preparation-Guidance, Bracelet Fitting, and Decal Application.
2. Implement actions necessary to achieve the cell's objectives.
3. Manage production personnel, including first-level supervision, conducting corrective interviews, participating in recruitment, and enforcing company regulations.
4. Handle administrative management tasks such as leave approval and absence management.
5. Propose improvements for production activities.
6. Contribute to setting and achieving cell objectives.
7. Act as the technical reference for cell activities.
8. Lead daily closure meetings for the cell and participate in overall closure processes.
9. Engage in continuous improvement and production management initiatives.
10. Maintain effective communication between production and support functions such as Methods, Quality, and Scheduling.
11. Contribute to the training plan for new employees.
12. Participate in the deployment of new products and processes/equipment.

1. Technical training in the horology field.
2. 2-3 years of experience as a Manager or Coordinator in the horology industry.

1. Fluency in French; knowledge of another language is advantageous.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Proficiency in production coordination and process improvement.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

2-3 years of managerial or coordination experience in the horology industry.

Technical training in horology.
